Thinspo/Fitspo

however people want to call it, thinspiration or fitspiration, to me, it's just one thing: inspiration. that's it. seeing these pictures motivates me. with regards to how to obtain these kind of body, i'm not a pro-ana or pro-ed. i'm pro-whatever works. sure there are healthier alternatives to achieving a thigh gap, a skinnier pair of legs and a flat stomach but still, people are different which is why there are a lot of ways on how to achieve the "perfect" body.


i personally check out both worlds. there are times that i just wish there's a faster way of losing all these fat so i go check out thinspiration blogs or even pro-ana blogs. the ones i check out are http://www.skinnygossip.com/http://thinspiration-pictures.blogspot.com/ and other tumblr blogs. of course, there are also times that i just think, hey, that's not healthy! so i grab my Skinny Bitch book and read, or maybe even go do a hundred jumping jacks or be on the elliptical, sometimes i also check out some fitblr blogs which encourage healthy eating and exercise.


this week, i intend to actually do both. i can't help it when there's pizza or something so yummy so i binge then, if i can, i purge it out. but if i fail to do that, i can always resort to an overnight of exercising. i exercise at night and sometimes at midday because i'm nocturnal like that. :P i sleep through the day and be alive and kicking at night. i find it easier to work out at those times because at midday, it's hot so i sweat more and when it's night, i can go all out without worrying that there's someone who'll see me.
